Laurence Fabre is a graduate of the University of Montpellier and holds a Masters in Business Law, a French DEA in Commercial and Industrial Agreements and a French DESS in Competition Law. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997.
She began her career as an associate within the firm of TEMIME, where she specialised in criminal and business law before becoming a partner.
LAURENCE BORREL
Laurence Borrel is a graduate of the University of Strasbourg, holds a Masters in Business Law and a French DESS in Competition and European Business Law. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000.
Laurence Borrel previously worked with Gide Loyrette Nouel in their economic law department, where she obtained wide-ranging expertise in French and European competition law.
She then became Head of Legal in France for PUIG, the Spanish luxury goods group (Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne), before founding BORREL FABRE in 2008.
Laurence Borrel is a member of the “French Association for the Study of Competition” (AFEC) and the “Competition Lawyers Association” (APDC). She regularly participates in the working groups which draft legislative and regulatory amendments to competition law and regulations.
