BORREL FABRE assists and represents French and foreign companies, either listed or unlisted, as well as their directors.
Its clients include service companies, industrial groups and undertakings in the e-commerce sector.
It therefore numbers amongst its clients investment funds and companies active in the food processing industry, the press, the audio-visual media, telecommunications, publishing and e-commerce.
The firm acts at all stages of the proceedings:
- prior to a dispute arising it provides advice: the firm helps its clients assess the risks of litigation and to prevent disputes arising;
- in the context of proceedings before France’s civil, commercial and criminal courts;
- in the context of the settlement of disputes; and
- in the context of the enforcement of the judgements and decisions which are handed down;
